1. Introduction
Welcome to BTC Frame Inc. (“BTC Frame,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, services, websites, and software (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Services
BTC Frame designs, manufactures, and sells Bitcoin intelligence hardware and software solutions, including but not limited to smart display frames, modular compute systems, and custom hardware/software development.
2.1 Product Use
Our products are intended for lawful use only. You agree not to use BTC Frame hardware or software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2.2 Custom Orders
Custom hardware and software are built to your specifications. Once production begins, custom orders may not be canceled or refunded except as required by law.
3. Purchases and Payment
3.1 Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment or service commencement.
3.2 Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees related to your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. BTC Frame is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Warranty and Returns
5.1 Limited Warranty
BTC Frame provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event a defect is confirmed, BTC Frame may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the product.
5.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accident, or normal wear and tear.
5.3 Returns
Returns are accepted only for products eligible under our warranty policy or if authorized in writing by BTC Frame.
6. Software Licenses
6.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, BTC Frame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software provided with our hardware or as a standalone service.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute our software without express written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products, software, trademarks, and content remain with BTC Frame or its licensors. You agree not to infringe on these rights.
8. No Investment Advice
All content, data, dashboards, metrics, analytics, indicators, and intelligence provided by BTC Frame, whether through our hardware, software, website, mobile apps, kiosk platforms, or related services, are strictly for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented by BTC Frame should be interpreted as financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, savings, or tax advice.
BTC Frame does not and will not provide any recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial product, including Bitcoin or other digital assets. Any decisions made based on the information provided through BTC Frame’s hardware, software and services are made at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that BTC Frame, its employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your reliance on any information or data provided by our products or services. Always consult a qualified financial advisor or licensed professional before making any investment or financial decision.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept that Bitcoin and other digital assets involve inherent risks, including but not limited to extreme volatility, regulatory changes, technological failures, and security vulnerabilities. You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on your use of BTC Frame’s products or services. BTC Frame makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed on any dashboard or interface.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse BTC Frame’s Services, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, scraping data, interfering with service functionality, or reselling information or analytics without explicit permission.
11. Third-Party Services
BTC Frame may display data or links from third-party sources. We do not control or endorse any third-party content, and we make no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, availability, or reliability. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
BTC Frame aggregates data from internal systems as well as third-party sources, including public APIs and external service providers. While we strive to ensure that all data, metrics, charts, and analytics presented through our hardware and software are as accurate and up to date as possible, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any data provided.
You understand and acknowledge that all information is provided “as is” and may be subject to delays, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies beyond our control. BTC Frame disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on the information displayed on our dashboards or delivered through our hardware, software, and services.
13. Force Majeure
BTC Frame shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, labor disputes, internet outages, software-related release or version issues, API failures, hardware-related problems or supply chain disruptions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTC Frame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BTC Frame harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.
